Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Free pickup and delivery on orders of AED 30 or more; under AED 30 an AED 5 delivery fee applies, plus VAT. A bag of ten everyday items clears it.
Do the prices exclude 5% VAT?
Every price excludes 5% VAT, added on the invoice (TRN 104927897900003). The extras are the AED 5 delivery fee under AED 30, the optional 24-hour rush (not curtains, carpets or shoes), and +50% for Persian and silk rugs; anything not on the list is quoted before we start.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours; curtains and carpets take 4 to 6 days, shoes 96 hours, complex alterations 3 to 5 days. A 24-hour rush (express) is available on most services (not curtains, carpets or shoes) for an additional 25% of the item total. Wash and iron is the quick end, curtains and carpets the slow end.
Who actually washes my clothes?
We do, at our own processing facility. Nothing is sent to a third party.
Which areas do you pick up from?
We pick up and deliver across 39 Dubai areas; Sharjah is coming soon. The full list is on the areas page. Not listed? Message us; we probably still come, on the same terms.
How do I book?
WhatsApp. Send your area and a time, we confirm within the hour. No app, no account.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Cash, card or bank transfer when the order comes back, or a payment link if you are not home.
Do you do express?
Yes. A 24-hour rush (express) is available on most services (not curtains, carpets or shoes) for an additional 25% of the item total.
Do you do alterations?
Yes. Hemming, waist and sleeve adjustments, tapering, zips, buttons and seam repairs. Alterations from AED 15. Standard turnaround is 48 hours; curtains and carpets take 4 to 6 days, shoes 96 hours, complex alterations 3 to 5 days. Send them in the same pickup as your dry cleaning.
Do you alter abayas and kanduras?
Yes. Our tailors handle kanduras, abayas, saris and sherwanis as well as suits, dresses and everyday wear.

Shop 1, K-04, Greece Cluster, Warsan First, International City. Pickups start from 10:00.
