1. Who we are

Swabi Laundry LLC ("Swabi", "we") runs a laundry and dry cleaning service with pickup and delivery in Dubai, from Shop 1, K-04, Greece Cluster, International City, Dubai, UAE. We decide how your personal data is used. Contact: WhatsApp or phone +971 58 992 0080, email swabi.laundry@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, area, building and flat or villa number, pickup and delivery times, and notes about your items.
• Order details: the items you send, prices, payments, and any photos of items you share with us.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Website data: how you use our website, collected through cookies and Google tags (see our Cookie Policy), including pages visited, device and browser type, and the ad that brought you to us.

We do not collect card numbers on our website. Payment links are handled by the payment provider.

3. Why we use it

• To arrange pickup and delivery, clean your items and keep you updated (needed to provide the service you ask for).
• To invoice you and keep tax records (required by UAE law).
• To handle claims, complaints and questions.
• To understand how our website is used and to measure our ads (our legitimate interest; you can opt out, see section 7).
• To send you offers, only if you agree. You can stop at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

4. Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the business: WhatsApp (Meta) for bookings and updates; Google for website analytics and ads measurement; our website host; and payment providers when you pay by link. We do not sell your personal data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires.

5. Data outside the UAE

Some of these services (Google, Meta) store data outside the UAE. We use them only with the protections their terms provide.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: as long as UAE tax law requires. Messages and contact details: for as long as you are a customer, and up to 24 months after your last order. Website analytics: up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for marketing or analytics, or give you a copy. Send your request on WhatsApp +971 58 992 0080 or to swabi.laundry@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires, for example invoices. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

8. Security

Your data is kept in access-controlled systems and shared with staff only when needed to serve you.

9. Children

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be shown on this page.
