How We Handle Delicate Fabrics and Stubborn Stains
Delicate garments are where a laundry earns trust. Here is exactly what happens to a silk dress, a beaded abaya or a stained suit after we collect it, at our own facilities in International City and Sharjah.
1. Sorted and checked on arrival
Every order is opened and sorted at the facility. Delicates are separated from everyday laundry, and each piece is checked for its care label, loose beads, sequins, weak seams and existing stains before anything is cleaned.
If something looks fragile or the label is missing, we message you on WhatsApp before cleaning it, rather than guessing.
2. Stains are pre-treated, not just washed
Stains are treated before the main clean, using a method suited to the fabric and the type of stain, so the wash or dry clean does not set them.
If a stain is still visible after the first pass, we tell you and can treat it again with your OK. We do not promise every stain will go: old or set-in stains sometimes cannot be fully removed, and we say so before trying again.
3. Cleaned by what the label allows
Garments marked dry clean only are dry cleaned. Washable delicates are washed on gentle cycles with eco-friendly cleaning chemicals in high-standard commercial machines.
4. Finished by hand
Embroidered and beaded abayas, suits and formal wear are pressed and finished by hand, then checked again before packing so nothing goes back creased or damaged.
