1. Book in one message
Send a WhatsApp message to +971 58 992 0080, call, or book on the website. Tell us your area, what you are sending and a pickup time. There is no app to install and no account to create.
2. We collect from your door
Pickups run from 10 AM, seven days a week, across 51 Dubai areas, from Dubai Marina and JLT to Dubai Hills, Mirdif and International City. Pickup and delivery are free across our 51 Dubai areas on orders of AED 30 or more, with an AED 5 fee below that. Prices exclude 5 percent VAT.
3. Cleaned at our own facilities
Orders are cleaned at our own facilities in International City and Sharjah, not passed to a partner shop. Every order is sorted, stains are pre-treated, and delicates are separated and finished by hand.
4. Back in 48 hours
Standard orders come back in 48 hours. A 24-hour rush is available for 25 percent extra on most garments; it does not apply to curtains, carpets or shoes. Curtains and carpets take 4 to 6 days.
5. Pay when it comes back
Pay by cash, card, bank transfer or payment link when the order comes back. You see the price before we collect.
