1. Introduction

Welcome to Swabi Laundry. By using our laundry and dry-cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Service Overview

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related garment care services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Order and Delivery

Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, or in person.

Pick-up and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to hand over and receive garments.

Unclaimed items after 30 days from the delivery date may be donated or disposed of responsibly.

4. Garment Care & Liability

We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments, but we are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to defective or weak fabric, color fading, or pre-existing conditions.
  • Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, keys, or money).
  • Any claim for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our liability for loss or damage shall not exceed 5 times the service cost of the affected item.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Dirham and include applicable taxes.

Payments can be made online or upon delivery.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Services will be processed only after successful payment (if prepaid).

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before the pick-up is completed.

Once garments are collected, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clearly label and separate items that require special attention.
  • Remove personal belongings before handing over laundry.
  • Ensure correct information (address, contact, preferences) is provided when placing orders.
