Our process: Fit assessment on WhatsApp video or in-home visit, pin marking during collection where the garment must be tried on, tailoring in-house, quality check and pressing before delivery. Items come back ready to wear or use - no additional handling needed at your end.

You receive a confirmation at pickup, a processing update while items are in the facility, and a delivery ETA when the driver is on the way back. Standard turnaround is 48 hours; curtains and carpets take 4 to 6 days, shoes 96 hours, complex alterations 3 to 5 days. If you need something faster, mention it at booking. A 24-hour rush (express) is available on most services (not curtains, carpets or shoes) for an additional 25% of the item total.
